Every event has a year and a pillar. What the association has not yet confirmed carries a mark.

A Norwegian delegation builds the village health station. It runs for about a year, then falls into disuse when the doctor leaves the country.
In January 2011 the chair travels to Lama Gaon for the ground-breaking. The school that is meant to keep children in the village gets its foundation stone.
On 25 April 2015 the ground shakes about 80 kilometres north-west of Kathmandu. Tom, Usha and Günther are there: food, tents, houses, sanitation.
The health station is repaired. Water project 900 begins. After the quake a school in Chhaling is rebuilt. The Birds Nest is put back in order.
A spring at Dakshinkali, a high tank, pipes into the hill and valley villages. Archive texts speak of around 900 households — the association still needs to confirm the figure.
With Future4Children and San Man Lama a school hall is built. The yard gains a room for assembly, rain and celebration.
The pandemic reaches Nepal in 2020, not 2018. A food bank is set up in Pharping. Manisha Basnet represents the association on the ground, along with protective equipment.
The government puts the hostel under pressure to close: distance from the school, standards. A new house next to the school is planned. For a time children sleep in classrooms.
The last cash report visible on the old site is from 2022. We will not polish over the gap since then. When new figures exist, they will live here.
In October 2024 rain buries the access road. Slopes around the school atrium become unstable. Retaining walls are needed. Whether they are finished is unconfirmed.
